Maricela Gutierrez is the Project Manager of the CA Worker Cooperative and brings five years of restaurant industry and project management experience, including launching a restaurant by obtaining permits and licenses, business planning, creating and following financial projections, and enterprise architecture and design.  Her personal mission and drive is to help change the restaurant industry into a more equitable and sustainable workplace for the backbone of the industry, the workers.
