The Key to Saving the Pennsylvania Restaurant Industry Post-COVID 19

THE SUBMINIMUM WAGE for tipped workers is still just $2.83 an hour in the state of Pennsylvania. A direct legacy of slavery, the subminimum wage affects a workforce of over 240,000 tipped workers that is more than 70 percent women and 25 percent people of color.
